There is a full spectrum of offerings, both in quality, locations, and price. Room rates can, and often do, vary considerably depending on whether it is in the off-season, peak-season, or some other designation (some have as many as four). Competition has increased with the recent addition of several hundred more rooms for the area. Look for special incentives, and off-season specials. Make sure to ask.
