Carriage Road Bridge At Bubble Pond
This Carriage Road and stone bridge at Bubble Pond in Acadia National Park is located just north of the Jordan Pond House, accessible via the Park Loop Road. This part of the Park Loop Road is two-way, allowing access from Route 233 to the north on the Bar Harbor side, from Cadillac Mountain, or from the island's south side. The Carriage Road is ideal for walking, jogging, or cycling. To reach this spot from the parking area, walk approximately halfway toward Bubble Pond and then look to the right. Please note: The National Park Service has significantly changed the accessibility of this parking area. It is now primarily accessible by the Free Island Explorer buses, through hiking, or via the Carriage Road.
