Try Right Angles

This is an excellent location for capturing sunrise photographs. Early in the morning, the rocks can be quite slippery, so exercise caution while walking on them. The wetness enhances the scene by amplifying the sun's ambient reflections as well as the diverse colors in the sky and clouds. Photographing at right angles to the rising sun increases contrast in the scene and is particularly effective when using a polarizing filter. Consider shooting from a low vantage point with a high aperture setting to increase the depth of field and accentuate the sense of depth.
