From Wild Roses to Geo Feature

Greg A. Hartford, photographer, author, publisherThis is an interesting set of 9 Bar Harbor Shore Path Photos that begins with some of the wild roses that can be found along the path. What a great smell they spread through the air! Next, is a view from a pier looking back at where the path goes along the shore in front of Bar Harbor’s Agamont Park and the gazebo. There are several images showing some of the views one can expect to see and a couple of a very interesting geological feature at the northeastern point that is visible at low tide. Perhaps someone in the historical society or a geologist has some additional information they can share with us.
