Calmer Waters at Jordan Pond in Morning

When photographing Jordan Pond, I have discovered that the best time is very early in the morning, particularly in May, June, and early July. If direct sunlight is desired, the ideal moment is shortly after sunrise, as it takes some time for the sun to ascend above Pemetic Mountain to the east (located on the right side of this photo).
