Otter Cliff with Gentle Waves - Acadia National Park
This is a classic early morning view of Otter Cliff on a calm morning in Acadia National Park when gentle waves wash across the rocks and beaches. There is often a nice contrast between the cliffs and trees which are the first to be hit with the light from the rising sun and the ocen and sky. Otter Cliff is on the eastern side of Mount Desert Island south of Sand Beach and Thunder Hole. Local time was 6:18 AM on July 22.
