Mount Katahdin with Autumn Reflection
Mount Katahdin, at 5,269 feet, is the highest mountain in the New England State of Maine. It is within Baxter State Park and is the destination of many who take the long hike on the Appalachian Trail from Georgia way to the southern part of the US.
