Schoodic Peninsula Twilight Before Sunrise
This is an eastern view from Schoodic Peninsula in Acadia National Park on the mainland taken during the twilight period just before sunrise. This view is right next to the loop road that travels around the perimeter of the peninsula. There is a drop-off immediately after the trees in the foreground but there are some narrow foot trails that lead down to the rocky shore. Because of the wide range and contrast between light and shadow, five images at different shutter speeds were taken. Image specs: Date of September 2 at 5:20 AM using Canon EOS 5D Mark IV Full Frame Camera and Tamron 15-30mm f/2.8 lens at 15mm, f/11, ISO 200. Exposures were 1, 2, 4, 8, 15 seconds.
