Sorrento, Maine Public Library
Sorrento is a well-known fishing and summer resort community on the coast of Maine in Hancock County. This shows the public library, located on Waukeag Avenue, that was added to the National Register of Historic Places on June 20, 1995. Designed by Ball & Dabney in a Colonial Revival Style and built in 1892-1893, it is managed by the Sorrento Village Improvement Association and also utilized as a community gathering place.
