When the first light of the rising sun touches the top layers of fog over Bar Harbor, it is magical to watch. As soon as the fog heats up, it begins to rise into the air almost like fingers reaching toward the sky. This image was captured from one of the viewing areas along the road just before the summit of Cadillac Mountain in Acadia National Park.
