Early October in Bar Harbor, Maine
October is a really nice time to visit Bar Harbor, Maine and Acadia National Park. The air is less humid. Colors and scenes appear more vivid and crisp. This scene was taken on or near the public pier. Sheep Island, part of Acadia National Park, is the island to the left. Just right of this pier is the Shore Path located in front of the Bar Harbor Inn.
