Nice Place To Start With A Picnic

Many visitors to Acadia National Park on the coast of Maine are unaware of a small island located between Trenton on the mainland and Mount Desert Island, which is traversed by Route 3. Even fewer people know about a delightful picnic area on the island's eastern side, which also offers a fantastic vantage point for capturing sunrises. I've spent a considerable amount of time photographing in and around Acadia National Park. On several mornings, when I was hurrying to reach Mount Desert Island from further inland and running later than expected, I opted to stop at this picnic area. It has been a true lifesaver on numerous occasions. As a bonus, there is a restroom available there as well.
